During COVID lockdown, I channelled my creativity into something both practical and ambitious: a 330+ page digital cookbook designed, written and produced entirely by me. What started as a personal project quickly became a full-scale creative production – combining recipe development, food photography, editorial writing and long-form design into one cohesive piece of work. It was as much about storytelling and visual identity as it was about the food itself.
Created using the Adobe Creative Suite, the cookbook blends thoughtful editorial design with warm, authentic copy to give it a polished yet personal feel. Every page was considered – from layout and typography to imagery and tone of voice – ensuring it felt like a professionally published title rather than a lockdown side project. It’s a strong example of my ability to manage large-scale creative work independently, balancing detail, consistency and high standards from concept through to final export.
