At Hedsor House, I’ve grown from Marketing Executive to Marketing Manager – and with that progression, I’ve taken on full ownership of how the brand looks, feels, and performs.

Today, I lead the marketing end-to-end, managing specialist freelancers (and managed and our Marketing Executive) while bringing all design in-house to ensure everything is elevated, cohesive and on-brand. From comprehensive annual strategies to detailed monthly reporting, I make sure every decision is data-informed and aligned with wider business goals.

One of my proudest achievements has been leading the full redesign and CMS migration of the Hedsor website – delivered just ahead of peak Engagement Season with minimal disruption to analytics or performance. Alongside this, I’ve redefined our brand guidelines to reflect a more refined, modern vision, strengthened our SEO and PPC approach, and evolved our social strategy – shifting to a 70:30 short-form video split to drive visibility and engagement and growing Instagram following by 150%. I also manage agency relationships, direct content shoots, and collaborate with photographers and suppliers to ensure every touchpoint feels premium and purposeful.

Beyond the day-to-day, I’m someone who spots opportunities and runs with them. From launching new campaigns, products and milestone events to progressing accessibility, inclusivity and sustainability initiatives, I focus on work that drives meaningful, long-term impact. In short, I don’t just “do marketing” – I am our marketing department at Hedsor House. I shape the brand, build momentum, and make sure the marketing function is a true commercial asset to the business.
